Davy looks at Beckett with all the hatred in the world, but doesn't say anything.

The silence gets to Maria and so she says, "Beckett, take me.... I.... I.... love you." Davy looks surprised beyond all reason and looks at Maria with all the sadness in his eyes.

Maria then says again, "I've loved you forever. I never loved 'him'." Maria looks to Davy and he looks devastated. Beckett looks at Maria surprised as well.

"You did love me?"  "Yes I did." "But you ran away with Oliver..." "Correction love, I didn't run away our ship sank." said Maria correcting him.

"But enough with that, I just want to be with you." Maria sounds longing.

"Be gone beast!" Beckett waves off the stunned Davy. Beckett then gets a coach and is away with Maria.  

Beckett tried to make a move on Maria when they are in the coach and she screams and yanks herself out of it.

She starts running back to the house and she can hear Beckett yelling, "GO BACK GO BACK!!!" and she can hear the  coach driver saying, "Can't go back, Sir."

Maria is now running, heart pounding out of her chest, in a wedding gown still in heals. 'Oh love please still be there please!'

       Davy sees the roses that Maria has left behind. He picks one up and kisses it gently. He then smells it and whispers, "It smells like you."Maria finally gets there and is listening to all of this. Davy not able to hold his emotions any more he falls to his knees and starts to cry, "Where did I go wrong?!"

                                                           Maria says gently, "You didn't."
